DELIVERY

Processing time for all orders will be between 1 and 4 working days.

Delivery costs are dependant on the number of items in your basket due to weight, and destination.

For all UK shipping we use Royal Mail’s Track 48 (hour) service. This means the parcel is fully trackable but it does not require a signature. You can track the parcel online using the tracking number sent to your email address when the order has been fulfilled.

For EU and international shipping, we use Royal Mail’s International Tracked service. Parcels usually arrive between 4 and 7 days (depending on destination) and has full online tracking from start to finish.

Please note: buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are also not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS POLICY

Sale items, made to order and custom pieces are non refundable and non returnable. All communication regarding sizing, adjustments and fabrics is required at the time of purchase or emailed before making and once the piece has been made for you, the sale is final. Exceptions can occur if there is a defect in the fabric or construction of the garment.

For ready to ship pieces the returns policy is as follows:

  1. Notify us via email at hello@mahikakala.co.uk or using the contact form on our website within 14 days from receiving the item if you want to return or cancel your order.

  2. We will email back with our return address

  3. Make sure your name and order number is inside the parcel otherwise we will not know who to refund and therefore cannot refund you. Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using trackable delivery as we cannot guarantee receiving the item otherwise.

If you do not let us know about wanting to return or cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items you are not entitled to a refund. All returns must be in the original condition. Unless the purchase arrived defective or damaged (with photographic proof) we cannot accept any returns that indicate they have been used or are not returned in the original saleable condition.

We are not responsible for the loss of a returned parcel and we will not be able to refund you if the item does not arrive back with us.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Notify us via email at hello@mahikakala.co.uk or using the contact form on our website within 30 days of receiving your item to organise the exchange.

  1. We will send the exchange document to you, please fill it out and include it in the parcel.

All exchanges must be in the original condition. We cannot accept exchanges that have been used unless it has been arranged and agreed. We are not responsible for the loss of a returned parcel and we will not be able to exchange an item for you if the item does not arrive back with us. We highly recommend using trackable delivery as we cannot guarantee receiving the item otherwise.
